Coaching Agreement

This Agreement is entered into by and between: Fire My Mortgage® (“FMM”) and you (“Client”),
whereby FMM agrees to provide coaching services for the Client focusing on employing Fire My
Mortgage® Debt Elimination Strategies.

Description of Coaching

FMM offers tailored financial strategies based on your unique situation. Relationship is Fiduciary in Nature, meaning FMM is obligated to place the Client's best interest as the primary objective.

Payoff Information

The Payoff and Savings Report is based on current assumptions and the information provided by the Client. While we are confident in our calculations, changes in circumstances may impact the outcome. The projected numbers serve as a framework to assess the strategy's suitability, but the actual results depend on the client’s execution and any changes in life circumstances.

Other Parties

By completing this form, the individual confirms that they have obtained agreement and authorization from their spouse, partner, or any other party who is listed on the property or involved in household finances. This ensures that all parties are informed and aligned with the decisions being made regarding the mortgage payoff strategy.

Client Responsibility

Client is fully responsible for their decisions and actions. Increased or decreased income, increased or decreased spending, future purchases, and additional purchases will impact the outcome.

Clients are requested to refrain from making significant financial decisions during the initial setup phase. This includes actions such as changing jobs, acquiring new loans or credit cards, purchasing additional properties or timeshares, or engaging in any activities that could materially impact their financial standing. Full cooperation is essential during this initial implementation phase, which typically lasts 45 days.

Coaching is not intended to replace tax and legal advice. Involve other professionals as needed.

Coach Responsibilities

Fire My Mortgage® is committed to the client's success, providing one-on-one coaching and lifetime access to tools, including a video library, charts, and checklists. They teach every aspect of the strategy for proper execution and introduce clients to key players to help achieve their financial goals, equipping them with everything needed for success.

FMM will hold four to five one-on-one initial consultations and then meet once quarterly, if requested.

Fees

This Agreement is valid as of the date specified below. The coaching fee is a one-time amount paid upfront. If a separate account is require for your strategy, a separate amount may be required for set up (typically $250-$550). Fire My Mortgage® is not remunerated by lending institution.

Hold Harmless

FMM does not make any guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the outcome of the coaching services. FMM does not control the decisions of the Client nor the Bank and shall not be held liable to the client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

In connection with this Fire My Mortgage® Strategy, Client has and will obtain confidential information concerning methods of doing business, contacts, and fee information which is not readily available to the public. Some of this information may be legally protected as trade secrets. By agreeing to such services, the Client agrees to keep our confidential information confidential. This includes the agreement to not: 1. Disclose FMM confidential information to any third party; 2. Use the confidential information in competition with FMM; 3. Use the confidential information in any way that harms FMM; and/or 4. Use the confidential information for Client's own business advantage.

No Refund Policy

Fire My Mortgage® has created a customized mortgage payoff plan tailored to the client's financial needs. They specialize in seven distinct strategies and are confident in their recommendations, while also embracing the flexibility to include, in part or in full, elements from other strategies when they benefit the client's situation.

As work on the client's plan has already begun, Fire My Mortgage® does not offer refunds. Their services are fee-for-service, a standard practice in coaching. Since this is an intellectual service, not a physical product, it cannot be returned for a refund. Fire My Mortgage® is dedicated to ensuring that clients receive the full value from their coaching sessions, helping them achieve their desired outcomes.

The Entire Agreement

This document reflects the entire agreement between Fire My Mortgage® and the Client, and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations. The Agreement may not be amended, altered or supplemented except in writing signed by both FMM and Client.
